1. Wrong Billing Information
The number one error that customers make when ordering hookah pens from us is entering the wrong billing information. About 28% of our customers input the wrong billing information before inputting the correct information. We recommend that our customers double check their card information against the information they type into our website.
Number two on our list involves back-orders. We frequently sell out of certain hookah pens. Instead of making customers wait and “hope” that they do not sell out again before they get a chance to order, we allow customers to back order. This allows our customers to reserve a hookah pen and only be charged once it ships. Items normally ship within 2 – 15 business days. 3. Card Declined
The last error to make it on our list is due to cards being declined. I wish we had an easy fix for this but we don’t control how much money our customers have in their banks. We do recommend checking your account balance before ordering. With some banks, if you spend more than you currently have in your account, an overdraft will happen. This will cause expensive fees to accumulate into your account.
